Swagat in Reutlingen

Not exactly cheap, but good! We had our food delivered, which worked without any problems. The food delivered costs 10% extra compared to the menu on the homepage, which we had not read or heard anywhere; but it is appropriate in our opinion. The portions are good, the food tasty, the waiting time in the frame and everything was still warm. On top of that, there was a small gift. Conclusion: We are satisfied and can definitely recommend the restaurant and the delivery service. Thank you very much :)

Friendly workers and excellent culture

Food was really expensive, and tasteless, naan was OK, biryani looked like a chicken paella, didn't taste like proper biryani..

We have tried couple of Indian restaurants in the town and by far Swagat is the best & closest to the authentic food in the town. They also customize the spiciness based on your request. Very friendly people.

We went to Swagat for the first time today, on the recommendation of a friend. The staff were all really nice and attentive and the food was just incredibly delicious! There were five of us there and we were all absolutely thrilled! Regardless of whether you want a vegan, vegetarian or meat-based dish, there really is something for everyone! Highly recommended 👍🏻 We'll definitely be back soon!

This is really the best Indian restaurant I have ever eaten in. Always delicious, top quality and fresh ingredients. The service is great and courteous and always friendly. We come here regularly and have never been disappointed. In any case, a clear recommendation!

I have visited various Indian restaurants in Germany and found out that Swagat in one of the best. They provide some unique dishes with authentic taste, which surely will tingle your taste buds. They have some awesome Tandoori dishes (Must try). One starter dish which I would definitely recommend is Chicken Manchurian with Garlic Naan (I never thought a Chinese dish with Naan but it tastes extremely good). For the main course they have several options, your decision will never go wrong as all the dishes are good. For Drinks if you want to try something outside the Menu card, ask them if Jal Jeera is available. This is one of the most comman drink in India during summers. Its very refreshing (MUST TRY) At the end one must try the Indian mouth freshener (Saunf). I would definitely recommend everyone to go there. The staff is very friendly and kind. Due to CO-VID, they have also started Take away, so you can also order their food sitting at Home.

We have already ordered food here twice and can only find words of praise. Super nice & reliable delivery service and the food has quality & taste. You can also pay a few euros more. Gladly again!

Best Indian restaurant in town. The food is delicious. The price / performance ratio is absolutely great. The four of us ate and drank here. A total of 3 starters, 4 main courses and 1 dessert. Together we paid € 95. In terms of quality, a more than affordable price. We'll definitely be back. Not to forget are the great hosts. Please keep it up 👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻

Mega delicious and authentic food. Fair prices, nice service staff. We had the 19 + 21 as a starter where we can both warmly recommend, in terms of taste and appearance really good. My main course, the Vindaloo & Phal, awarded “3 spicy”, was spicy, yes, but good for people who like spicy, so you don't spit fire. The taste of this meal was also excellent. In terms of price, there is nothing negative to say, we had a little over 100 € for 4, with 2 pre-courses and 4 main courses, a few beers and soft drinks. Come again. The only drawback: the service should be worked on, which looks after the guests whether they still have something in the glass or want to pay, you sat for a long time with empty glasses, ignored, and there weren't many guests.

Definitely deserves 5 stars. We drove there specially from Karlsruhe and it was worth it. Ambience cozy and clean. Great tandoori dishes and great taste. The spinach was so delicious 😋 Nice service ...

I don't know why others are recommending this restaurant, but my experience wasn't good here. Food was not up to the mark. I have actually eaten better Indian food in Germany. Not recommended to visit. Hosts were good, helpful. Parking can be a bit tricky. I felt as I was eating tomato sauce mixed with chilli powder. That is not the way Madras chicken curry is prepared. Chicken pieces were too hard. All in all, hopeless place. NOT ONE OF THE BEST PLACES FOR INDIAN FOOD IN REUTLINGEN..!

We have tested a few Indian restaurants in the area, but this one was the best! The food looks and tastes super! We were served well and friendly. Try it yourself, we can recommend it without hesitation! Also gives some vegan dishes on request!

One of the better Indian restaurants I have visited in all of Germany. The ambience is good. The different dishes have different flavours instead of the same curry base. The portions are also sufficient

You should already like the spices. We had appetizer, entree, salad and Indian beer. Everything in good quality. Service is very nice and patient. Priced for me personally a bit too high settled.

Authentic Indian dishes..mango cream desert is a must have..good varieties of pakora as starters..
